S1 degree in Computer Science or IT discipline
1 to 2 years of actual delivery experience on a software development project (Desktop & Web applications)
Strong in logic and algorithm
Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Concept  & Object Oriented Analysis/Design
Experience in .NET programming (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET)
Experience and skill in RDBMS, including SQL Server & MySQL
Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle
Able to write clean, well-documented code
Fast learner and like exploring new technologies
Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, proactive, creative and result oriented
Positive working attitude and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills using Bahasa Indonesia & English
