Summary of Main Responsibilities
Develop incentives scheme for employees especially regular salesperson
Develop plan to motivate salesperson to achieve their target
Plan and monitor periodically sales program and event
Monitor and Report periodically incentive program
Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales development program such as training, motivational, sales camp and other programs related to enrichment of salesperson’s knowledge and skills
Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales events such as sales meeting, sales congress and other sales events/activities
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Minimal Bachelor of Communication/ Economics or Bachelor of Computing
MAIN REQUIREMENT
Good in analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills
Good in developing conceptual ideas and applying it into certain presentable medias
Creative and able to come with new inspiring ideas
Knowledge in programming of SQL Database Server 2000
OTHER REQUIREMENT
Trustworthy type of person and able to work independently and excellent to work in team
Exact and accurate person, fast learner and able to work overtime and under pressure
