Job Title : Secretary Executive
Department : General Affair
Ø Handling distribution of incoming letter/incoming fax for MD, management and employees.
Ø Daily updates on activity of MD, management and related employees on agenda activity and inform to all employee by email.
Ø Daily updates on car pooling, manage the traffic and usage of company car in effective manner.
Ø Handling MD, management and employee itinerary for business travel purposes (Preparing and booked airplane/train ticket and reserved hotel for accommodation)
Ø Making an effective system for filing MD’s confidential documents.
Ø Monitoring in/out of MD’s confidential documents and company documents which need MD’s signage and distribute back to the user.
Ø Assist in any seminar / training / or other activities on behalf of and for the interests of the company.
Ø Responsibility to schedule meetings (internal & external) for management team and set the setting for meeting rooms, and making minutes of meetings (if needed).
Ø Provide full support for any necessary administrative processes.
Ø Bachelor degree from reputable university in Secretary.
Ø Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year experience in secretary area.
Ø Fluent in English both oral and written.
Ø Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point) is a must.
Ø Enjoy meeting people, good in communication & interpersonal skill and teamwork.
Ø High attention to detail and enjoy administrative tasks.
